'De Lantaarn' is a non-profit New Educational Advisory Centre in The Netherlands (core activity: the dissemination of information and activities that promote an optimal schoolcareer of children in primary education).
At first it will support parents and teachers to help children with learning problems. In the second place it will be a guidance for schoolimprovement and educational innovations, to avoid problems in the life of children.
